Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Yesoul equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a convenient pickup time for larger fitness equipment.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
